All members must complete a membership application and pay the applicable fees. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to terminate any membership for breach of these terms.
Members must follow staff instructions and posted rules. Proper gym attire must be worn at all times. Equipment must be used safely and returned after use. Members use the facility at their own risk. Gym Hub is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage.
Payments must be made in advance for all membership plans and services. Late payments may result in access restrictions. Promotional offers are subject to change and cannot be combined.
Members must give [7/14] days' written notice to freeze memberships. No refunds will be provided for early termination unless approved by management.
Gym Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Lockers are provided for day use only.
Abusive language, harassment, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated. Gym Hub reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships at any time.
Bookings are subject to availability. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of session.
Gym Hub reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or website.
